🛒 About Orders
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. We’ll notify you via email if there are any delays.
Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please contact us at support@jtdunant.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.
Yes, you will receive a confirmation email after placing your order. Once your order is shipped, a second email with tracking information will be sent.
Please double-check your shipping and billing information before placing your order. JT DUNANT is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.

We offer two main shipping options worldwide: Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time 20–35 calendar days Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time 7–15 calendar days For U.S. customers, if the product is in stock in our U.S. warehouse, delivery may take 1–7 calendar days.
All orders are shipped using our official logistics partner: FIRST LINE. We ship from both U.S. and international warehouses, with the origin selected based on your location for faster delivery.
Yes! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your package here: 🔗 https://www.17track.net/ Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Yes. Import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility. JT DUNANT is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Contact us at support@jtdunant.com with your order details and issue description. We’ll verify the issue and provide the correct return address. ⚠️ Do not return items without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns or packages sent to the wrong address will not be refunded.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval. Refunds are typically processed within 1–2 business days, but it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
If an item is missing or damaged due to our error, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund at no extra cost. Damage caused by misuse or customer error is not covered.
