For lost or stolen packages due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, JT Dunant is not responsible for the loss. Please double-check your address during checkout.

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you and our shipping partner to resolve the issue or send a replacement.

Damaged or Missing Items

All products are inspected before shipment to ensure quality. If an item arrives damaged due to our error, we will cover the cost and arrange a replacement.

If items are missing from your order, we will send the missing items at no additional cost.

If damage was caused by misuse, improper handling, or customer error, the customer is responsible for the cost of replacement.

Customs Seizure

If customs seizes the package or imposes duties or holds, it is the responsibility of the customer to handle the clearance process. We will assist where possible, but cannot guarantee resolution.

Returns Due to Non-Delivery
