Order Cancellation

We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order.

If you wish to cancel, please contact our customer service team at support@jtdunant.com as soon as possible. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for defective or damaged items only.

All return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@jtdunant.com. Our team will verify the issue and provide you with the correct return address. Please do not return packages to our warehouse or contact address without prior approval.

Returns sent without authorization or to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund and will be at the customer’s own risk.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the return is received safely.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.

Return Address

We do not accept returns at our warehouse or office address. The return address will be provided to you by email after contacting our customer service team. Please follow the instructions we provide carefully.

Returns sent to unauthorized addresses will not be processed or refunded.

Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking or handling fees for approved returns.

Exchanges

Missing Items

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the loss occurred due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to claim the package, the customer will be responsible and a refund or replacement will not be guaranteed.
